Savannah After Dark – Small Group Ghost Tour

• 90-minute guided walking tour through historic Savannah
• Small groups for a more personal, immersive experience
• Focus on real history, documented events, and local legend
• Slower pace designed for storytelling, not theatrics
• Evening setting that allows the city’s atmosphere to come through

This is not a haunted pub crawl or a jump-scare attraction. It’s a more refined experience for people who want to feel the city after dark.

Savannah After Dark is a 90-minute, small-group walking ghost tour through the city’s historic squares and quieter streets.

This is a story-driven experience built around atmosphere, history, and Savannah’s darker past. No costumes. No jump scares. No rushing from stop to stop.

Group sizes are intentionally limited to keep the experience personal and the storytelling uninterrupted.

Johnson Square - Johnson Square, Savannah, GA 31401, USA

We begin where Savannah began, in Johnson Square. The city’s oldest square, carefully designed… and built over ground that wasn’t always as orderly as it appears.

From there, we move into Wright Square, once known as the Hanging Square. Public executions took place here, and visitors still report seeing a woman standing silently near the trees… until she isn’t.

We continue past the Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace, a home tied to legacy and leadership, but also to quieter experiences. Staff have reported footsteps moving room to room, and the sound of a child laughing when no one else is inside.

At Colonial Park Cemetery, thousands were buried in a space meant for far fewer. During outbreaks, graves were layered quickly, and later disturbed. Today, people report figures moving between the headstones, and shapes in photographs that weren’t there at the time.

In Oglethorpe Square, we pass the Owens-Thomas House and Slave Quarters. Elegant on the surface, but built on deeply uneven history. Visitors often describe the unmistakable feeling that someone is standing just behind them… even when no one is there.

We finish in Reynolds Square near The Olde Pink House, where a well-dressed man has been seen sitting quietly at a table… only to disappear moments later.

The pace is deliberate. The city grows quieter as we move. And by the end of the night, most people leave with at least one moment they can’t quite explain.

Meet near Johnson Square in Savannah’s Historic District. Exact meeting instructions will be provided after booking.

Tour concludes in Reynolds Square, within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, and River Street.
